I have gotten my 2020 Jeep Cherokee serviced there for years. The staff is friendly, the waiting area is nice and relaxing. Jason was very nice and informed me how my vehicle is doing and the services needing done soon.

The service department treated my wife like she knew nothing about why she was there, tried to charge her for things that didn't need to be done. Tried to tell me over the phone that we had things done and they are the only one that have worked on the car since we bought it from them. Scheduled service on my Jeep, when I called I was transferred to an AI to schedule an appointment. My appointment was for 8:45, I dropped the Jeep off at 8:00.

I had a long wait because I had a recall but it was a pleasant visit. The lady that helped me was so wonderful. She made the wait seem shorter. However, I went to the showroom to discuss the possibility of trading cars and no one approached me. There were several salesmen there but no one ever made eye contact with me. So I left. Thank goodness for the lady in the service area. She was great.

I scheduled a service appointment for my 2022 Ram truck before I have to drive it on a 2,200-mile trip. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was asked if I would be dropping the truck off or waiting for it. I said I'd be waiting. I have reviewed this company once in November after supposedly having my solenoid replaced. They blamed everything on a employee who they fired right after I did my repairs who was also not the mechanic working on my car. I was charged 1387 dollars and my car was not repaired at all. I returned the car 3 days later and was told my alternator now needed replacing but was not bad or having issues when they performed a 200 dollar diagnosis 16 days prior.
