While on vaca in July, the trans went out on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee with only 52,000 miles. Was forced to take my Jeep to a dealership in SC (a very well known name) which was an absolute nightmare. After returning to Bowling Green a couple of weeks later, I started having issues again. This time I took it to Martin Jeep where I purchased the vehicle. It seems that the SC dealer most likely caused these additional problems. Martin replaced Link-stabilizer bar and gear-rack and pinion. Needless to say, I was not a happy person. Unfortunately, I may have taken some of my frustration out on Martin's service department. I have to give a shout out to Will, the Assistant Service Manager. Will was great to work with. Although Will was buried in repairs, etc, he took the time to listen and take care of my problems.

We had just overnighted at the Bowling Green Best Western and were on our way to Ohio from Florida when our 2007 Chrysler lost power and several warning lights came on as we passed the Corvette Museum. A quick check of our I phone showed us Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler was our nearest option for repairs. We drove in with fingers crossed and were welcomed heartily, ushered to the waiting room and made comfortable as the Martin team tore into our problem. It took a while but we were repaired and back on the road within 4 hours as good as new. We have now completed 3200 additional miles of travel without a hitch.

I have a 2017 Ram and a 2015 Durango. Both had recalls that involved reprogramming. I scheduled one at 9am and the other at 10am. Both were done quickly and the Durango got both oil change service and tire rotation with the recall work all done at the same time. I have a 2016 Chrysler 300 I will be getting serviced at the end of the month and I expect it will go off without a hitch. They are accommodating me while I go out of town. Curtis sold two of my vehicles to me and he’s great! Dealerships can be tough to deal with but so far I’ve been very happy with everything here.

I am above impressed with customer service from this dealership. Selena was my salesperson. She was very upfront and honest about our situation. She was very dependable in staying in contact with us during the transaction. I feel the whole staff worked very hard to get us into the new vehicle. I have been having issues with a 2017 jeep Cherokee which I bought new. It has been using an excessive amount of oil. I have been working with Wil. They worked with me on a rental and replaced the motor no charge. Also they got the work done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them. They stand by their product.
